Cynthia Jean (Jeannie) Garza currently manages all aspects of Minority Woman-Owned (51% 49%) residential and commercial operations including Personnel, Marketing, Finance and Sales. Working under DBA of Renovation Works in Austin, efforts were concentrated on CSI divisions 6 (carpentry), 8 (doors and windows) and 9 (interior finish out). She performs all functions of running small business. Performed all related labor. Renovation Works has been certified with the General Services Commission.

Commercial and Residential Frame and Cornice, and Interior trim-Subcontracted with many homebuilders in Austin. Performed labor, ran crew and provided all tools and supervision.

Well experienced in servicing customers, business networking, and wood working with new/remodel construction. We have the ability to handle all phases of preparation in construction and contract bids.

We are a member of Austin Remodelers Association. (ARA) between May 2000 — April 2001,and 2002-2003.
